Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
Prepare and dispatch materials according to company requirements.
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and warehouse documents.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security.
Coordinate with procurement, operations, and transport teams.
Requirements:
Minimum Senior High School Certificate, Diploma preferred.
At least 2 years of warehouse or storekeeping experience.
Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Experience with construction materials, stone products, or spare parts is an advantage.
